Returns & Exchanges
ALL RETURNS & DAMAGES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM APPROVAL
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. Damaged claims will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipped date. Damaged returns will be issued a store credit. We do not issue refunds in any case. Every RA will be resolved, case by case.
About Returns & Exchanges
- Please check and count the goods immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted after that period. Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise.There will be a 10% deduction from your original store credit to cover any restocking fees. We will not refund money in any case.
Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels.
In order to submit a new claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Company name
- Reason for return
- Photo of the damaged item(s)
Once we received your claim, you will receive a confirmation with a RA (Return Authorization) number.
The RA number MUST be written on the original packing before sending the package back.
***RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.***
***ALL NON-DAMAGED RETURNS WILL HAVE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE***
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.), UPS or FedEx.
Authorized RA# must show on the outside of the return box or on the return label. Upon receipt of the box, it will be processed within 5 business days, except holidays.
