What is a Return & Exchange Policy?
• Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. Damaged claims will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipped date. All returns will be issued a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds in any case. Every RA will be resolved, case by case.
• Please check and count the goods immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted after that period. Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise. There will be a 10% deduction from your original store credit to cover any restocking fees. We will NOT refund money in any case.
• Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels.
• In order to submit a new claim, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the damaged item(s)
• Once we received your claim, you will receive a confirmation with a RA (Return Authorization) number.
• The RA number MUST be written on the original packing before sending the package back.
***RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.***

Authorized RA# must show on the outside of the return box or on the return label. Upon receipt of the box, it will be processed within 5 business days, except holidays.
What is your Shipping Policy?
• Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to ship out. If you have any deadlines, concerns, or special instructions regarding an order being placed with us, please add it to your buyer notes or feel free to give us a call.
• FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS are our shipping method option with the highest standard rates.
• Please select this shipping option at your discretion.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
To cancel orders placed with us at LATISTE, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 10% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. We do not issue refunds in any case therefore we will ONLY provide store credit.
