What is a Return & Exchange Policy?
• Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. Damaged claims will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipped date. All returns will be issued a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds in any case. Every RA will be resolved, case by case. • Please check and count the goods immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted after that period. Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise. There will be a 10% deduction from your original store credit to cover any restocking fees. We will NOT refund money in any case. • Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels. • In order to submit a new claim, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information: -Company - Invoice# - Style# - Color - Quantity - Reason for the return - Photo of the damaged item(s) • Once we received your claim, you will receive a confirmation with a RA (Return Authorization) number. • The RA number MUST be written on the original packing before sending the package back. ***RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.*** ***ALL NON-DAMAGED RETURNS WILL HAVE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE***
